Property Maintenance Manager
We have a position available for a Property Maintenance Manager with experience in reactive building repair works and void upgrades.

Contract Supervisor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Supervisor – Repairs to join our team . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary.
HCS Building Services operates throughout central Scotland, carrying out insurance repairs, responsive repairs and planned maintenance such as replacement kitchens and bathrooms as well as other domestic works.
The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check and a six-month probation period
The successful application will be expected to assist the Operations Manager in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service, responsible for surveying, estimating and managing workloads within your area of responsibility. The successful applicant would have experience from either Site Supervisor/Manager and possess a strong trade background within a repairs and maintenance environment.
Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
– Carryout works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.
– Be able to organise workload and complete works in accordance with trade standards and current Building Regulations.
– Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable.
– Reporting of any issue’s which may cause damage to the reputation of the organisation.
Skills and Experience required :
– Must have excellent knowledge of working within a Building Maintenance Team / Business and be able to communicate well with vulnerable people.
– An excellent understanding of domestic building construction and assessment of building defects including the ability to compile a schedule of works
– worked on domestic insurance repair works
– Possess an NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent experience in a given trade.
– Must have a full UK manual driving licence
– The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check and a six-month probation period
