HCS Building Services Reviews

Below are just some of the glowing reviews we have received from our customers across England & Scotland:

Please could you pass on the School Federation’s thanks for the excellent service we received today over our two sites from Mark Dalton.

Lots of little jobs and a Water heater install done with haste and professionalism whilst maintaining safe social distancing.

Absolutely superb.

Thank you.

Further to our telephone conversation I would just like to reiterate how lovely Vic was yesterday. He was very competent and polite and managed to locate the water meter for us which was fantastic. I would definitely have him back on site again if we had any further problems.

A great representative of your company.

Thanks,

Claire McCrory, Fairburn Community Primary School

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the speed and efficiency of fitting the new system at Milestone in such a short timescale. The Engineers from HCS were excellent, ensuring that the service still ran smoothly while they were working on it. They were so considerate. Can you please pass on my commendation to them.

Following the thankfully now resolved problems we’ve had with our aged boiler, ‘dribbling’ radiator and malfunctioning bathroom taps I thought that the very least I could do is send you a note to thank you and your colleagues for the first-class service you’ve provided us with to ‘sort things out’.

At the outset Sam Sheppard and Dave Crossthwaite did their level best to breathe life into the malfunctioning boiler but eventually we mutually agreed that the time had come to lay it to rest and to replace it with something that wasn’t clapped out! At that point your help and advice was invaluable and very much appreciated.

Decisions made and a date in the diary resulted in a visit last Thursday from Shaun and Jack who I take my hat off to for their professionalism and the way they conducted themselves throughout. Praise too for not only their workmanship but also for responding so politely to a succession of, probably daft, questions I put to them during their visit. I was also impressed that they wore protective face masks throughout and took every care to lay protective floor covering in the kitchen and on the passage carpet. All very thoughtful and it was good that absolutely no cleaning up had to be done after they’d both departed.

On Friday morning I necessarily had to make an early morning call to Northallerton if only because the radiator still wasn’t ‘quite right’ and I was also keen to make another appointment to get the bathroom taps either mended or replaced. Not long after putting the phone down I received a call from the ever-helpful lady who I usually spoke to at your end to say that a plumber would be with us in about ten minutes! I couldn’t believe my good fortune and, good to her word, Danny from Skipton was soon knocking on the door. I think I’m right in saying that all it took to fix the radiator was to ‘pinch’ a nut – or was it a bolt – and, after a short discussion, it was agreed to replace all four tap heads. No fuss, no bother; just friendly professionalism throughout.

Forgive me for repeating myself but thanks again to you Chris and to all of the aforementioned; with apologies for anyone I’ve not mentioned.

I’ll get back to you in a while regarding servicing the gas fire and replacing the bathroom radiator.
