HCS Building Services working along side HCS Mechanical & Electrical have carried out full refurbishments of 9 flats in a number of locations for our clients, these works included new bathroom, kitchen, rewire, decoration, improved heating and floor finishes.
Each flat was turned around with the agreed time scale leaving an excellent over all finish, these works were carried out in buildings where the existing tenants in other flat would have minimum disturbance.
