HARRY CLARKE HOLDINGS LTD are pleased to announce the acquisition of assets and stocks with transfer of staff from EA Gibbs and Son Ltd Harrogate. EA Gibbs have been trading in Harrogate since 1967 providing first class plumbing and heating services to the local community. The current owner Mr Christopher Gibbs will continue his role as Manager under a consultancy agreement. The staff look forward to receiving new vans and livery and will be wearing their new staff uniforms. The operation will still trade as EA Gibbs as a trading as of H Clarke and Sons Ltd.

H Clarke and Sons Ltd ( HCS Mechanical and Electrical ) is owned by Harry Clarke Holdings Ltd and is sister company to Harry Clarke and Sons Ltd which is celebrating its 102 year anniversary this year. Still a family owned business the group are proud of their family roots and ethos. Managing Director Richard Clarke says “ I am delighted to announce this takeover. We have always had a close and friendly relationship with EA Gibbs and our Fathers always held each other in high regard. As Chris and I have developed our businesses over the years that mutual respect has continued. I am certain that both our Dads would be delighted with the outcome had they still been alive. EA Gibbs will continue to work from their offices in Harrogate and the operation will be Managed by Chris and Directed by Ashley Smith HCS Commercial Director. Ashley says ; “ I am pleased and excited by the takeover. I have been working with Chris for some time to achieve this and now it’s happening cannot wait to offer our full group services to the Town of Harrogate and surrounding areas “
